If you’re a beginner, we have the coaching team to help you get to where you like to be – all included in your subscription. Not all is confident in the gym, and it’s OK NOT TO KNOW what you are doing – but Elysium is ready to provide you the equipment you need to improve in the gym. Our goal is to teach people on how to train properly with the correct form and method with our high exceptional team of personal instructors.
